My late nights caught up with me!

So for the last week I’ve been doing an awful lot of late nights and sleeping during the day because this is the time that I’m able to get some quite and really focus on what I need to do.  When my husband is home I feel like I need to be around with him because he seems upset when I want to spend time in my temple room or at my desk working.  So I’ve opted for working away on some things at night when he’s sleeping.  I’ve been working to finish my Second Degree Exam for Sacred Mists and finally at 5:45am this morning I submitted it.  I’ve been working on it since October and it really upset me that I didn’t get it finished before Yule.  Then life just got in the way and nothing more happened with it.  But now, it’s done.  I’m anxious to find out if I’ve passed because then I’m going to be putting in for the Third Degree Entrance Exam which I’m looking forward to.  Nervous about it, but excited.

I had some things I’m going to start doing here in the blog and but they’ll have to wait for tomorrow.  I can feel myself just getting ready to crash so I’m going to call it an early night.  I’m planning to start sharing with everyone my adventure in working with runes starting tomorrow.  I’ll be pulling a rune a day and working to understand it better and apply it to my life.  I know the runes but really not very well.  I can cast runes and read with runes but not NEARLY as well I’d like to be able to.  Mostly I use runes for spell work but I’d like to expand their use in divination and meditation, and you all get to be part of that learning journey with me.  :)

So until tomorrow…
