A New Email Group!

Today I decided to take a Yahoo Group that I had started to work on months ago and revamp it and make it something different than originally conceived and try something else. I haven’t run an email group in a while because I’ve not had anything I wanted to focus on with a group but I’ve decided on something that I think will make for a nice little project.

The name of the group is Controversial Witches. It’s purpose is to provide an email chat home for those that would like to discuss topics related to Wicca, Witchcraft, Paganism and the Occult that might be a little on the dark side, controversial side, or just overall a little less popular with most practitioners. It’s a place for debate and discussion of an intelligent nature that might you might not feel comfortable doing in other places. So many Wiccan and Pagan discussion groups are aimed at being all “new age” and “love and light” and when someone wants to come in an challenge an idea or belief things either go quiet or crazy. It would be nice to have a place were these discussions are welcome if they arise as well as a place to just chat about the Craft in general.

So I’ve started this group and it’s open to anyone that wishes to join (however I am approving new members upon their request to join just to keep the spammers out). Come and join and help get it started!!
