All systems are GO!

Merry Meet All!  I am happy to report that finally everything is all back up and running as far as the computer problems are concerned and everything is all back up and running smoothly.  Mercury Retrograde has brought some really amazing experiences this time around and the loss of the computer for a week (or, I should say, the forced use of one that is quite frustrating which left me NOT wanting to use the laptop for a week) gave me the chance to work with some personal things that needed attention and doing some inner work away from the office and it was a wonderful time.  It’s been a long time since I’ve had the time and the opportunity to focus on myself like that and I when I realized I was going to have that time I went into it with the intention of seeking clarity and I certainly found it.  And it’s quite an empowering thing!

I’m in the process of making some changes to things that I have been doing.  I will be focusing a great deal on writing the guided meditation and magick book in the coming months.  I have a large part of the material already written since much of it comes from material that I have written over the years.  I am going to be taking a cross country trip home to the east coast in July and will be gone for two weeks with few updates during that time and I hope to have the book finished by then, or at least very close to being finished.  So that will be a big focus.  I’m also going to be getting back to writing on a daily basis for Examiner.com and look forward to sharing that with you all as well.  My personal path and my path of study is going to be shifting as well as I feel that it’s time to turn my study and my work inward, working for myself rather than priestessing for others which has been my main focus for the better part of the last handful of years.  I’m hoping that my work with writing, doing readings, and counseling will still fulfill my desire to help others but my studying and my spiritual work is going to be turning inward.  Last week I performed several rituals and guided meditations for myself, focused on myself and what I was in need of, something that I haven’t done in some time, and I loved it and loved the feeling of filling up that inner well again.  Not to mention the Goddess has made it very clear that my path right now should be moving into that inner, solitary path.  It’s a little scary since I haven’t been in the position in a long time but it’s exciting at the same time.

But, fear not, the blog will still be active and I’m actually going to be working on writing a personal blog again as well.  This blog will be very different from what we have going on here at One Witch’s Way and will be more of a blog written whenever I feel the whim to do it, drawing and focusing specifically on my personal life (some spiritual stuff, but lots of things like home life, roller derby, my personal travels, my inability to keep my office clean and my daily chasing of the cats).  I’ll also be merging The Fat Witch Project with it and once I have it all set up I’ll be posting a link for those that might want to follow that as well.

Tomorrow things will be back to normal.  I’ll be posting the Crystal Wednesday post with info on a new stone that I just started working with that my husband actually picked out for me from a local shop.  There’s a little story behind it and I’ll share that as well as info about the stone and ways that you can use it for magick and healing.  So in the meantime have a wonderful night!
