News Bite: Isaac Bonewits Nearing the End

Just a quick new bite that came across this evening.  According to Isaac Bonewits‘s fan page on Facebook that he is nearing the end of his journey in this life.  He is at home and family are making their way to say goodbye.  It has been a long journey for both Isaac and his wife Phaedra since Isaac’s diagnosis with a rare form of colon cancer.  Isaac’s treatments hadn’t shown many results and Phaedra has been consistently calling on the Pagan community to lend energy to rolling thunder rituals and healing work for Isaac’s recovery.  While there were times that Phaedra reported that Isaac seemed to have some suddenly better days, doctors continued to hold a negative prognosis for the long run.  At this point, please keep Isaac and Phaedra in your thoughts and prayers, asking for a peaceful crossing for Isaac and that the Goddess and God hold Phaedra and all of Isaac’s loved ones in their arms through this difficult time.  You can join in with others in lending your thoughts, prayers and well-wishes on their Facebook page.
